The Mayfair is a unique blend of classic style and exceptional air movement. Any of the Fantasia light kits can be added to this decorative five blade fan. Independent pull cords operate the 3 speeds of the fan plus the light - it can also be upgraded to remote control operation In addition the Mayfair has an in-built reverse function for operating either a summer cooling effect or to enable warm air trapped at ceiling level in winter to be re-circulated, eliminating cold spots and draughts.

Based on a room with a standard 8ft 2in (2.5m) ceiling height a fan this size will usually cover a 15ft x 12ft area (4.57m x 3.65m). Do take into consideration whether the room is likely to get hotter than average, for example a south facing room or conservatory. In this case one 52in fan may be more appropriate. The Mayfair is flush mounted making it suitable for low ceilings. For rooms with higher ceilings a 22mm drop rod and a Conversion Kit should be used to lower the fan down to 8ft 2in (2.2m) above the floor.
